Hauke Ramm studied church music in Hamburg, organ with Professor Rose Kirn, choral conducting with Professor Hannelotte Pardall and orchestral conducting with GMD Professor Klauspeter Seibel. After completing his A examination and a year of study in Venice, he became cantor and organist at the Christuskirche Hamburg-Othmarschen in 1995. Since 2002, he has been church music director at St Wilhadi in Stade and, thus, organist at the Erasmus Bielfeldt organ from 1736. He also directs the Stadtkantorei Stade. He has performed as an organist in numerous European countries. He has also taken part in several radio recordings and CD productions.
