Angela Hewitt, piano

With unmatched clarity, poetic depth, and technical brilliance, Angela Hewitt is recognized worldwide as one of the foremost interpreters of Bach’s music today. In her program “Bach: Masterpieces for Clacvier”, she presents a selection of works that vividly showcase Bach’s inexhaustible creativity and the remarkable range of his compositional imagination.

From the virtuosic Toccata in D major, BWV 912, through the graceful French Suite in G major, BWV 816, to the expressive Chromatic Fantasia and Fugue in D minor, BWV 903, the program spans a wide spectrum between baroque elegance, emotional depth, and pianistic brilliance.
